What this notice covers
This notice describes how Sarrafy handles personal data submitted through this marketing website — primarily the demo-request form. It is a plain-language summary provided ahead of launch; a full Privacy Policy will be published before general availability. It does not cover the Sarrafy product applications, which are governed by the agreement with each customer.
What we collect
When you submit the demo form we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, company, role and branch-network size, and any message you choose to add. We also record basic attribution data (UTM campaign parameters and the referring page) to understand how people find us. We do not use this site to collect special-category or financial data.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and follow up about Sarrafy. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a UAE-region database with insert-only public access — the site can record a lead but cannot read records back. Access is limited to the Sarrafy team for the purpose of responding to you.
Your rights under the PDPL
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further contact at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will action your request.
